Shipping Questions

Once you've completed your order, you'll receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number. Processing generally takes 24 hours (please note extended processing time may occur during sale periods). Once your package has been picked up by our contracted shipping carriers,  you'll receive tracking information which will be sent to the email address you used at checkout!

This is extremely unlikely to ever happen! However, if by chance this were the case, contact us at service@tc-nutrition.com and a support specialist will gladly assist!

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Saskatchewan, Canada. Domestic orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. International shipments are delivered in 5-10 business days (on average. Often sooner). Depending on your country, shipping times can be an additional 2-14 business days.

Lets face it, we all make mistakes! Shoot our support department an email at service@tc-nutrition.com, and we'll help you figure this out right away!

The shipping amount that we charge is solely for the shipping method. Each country's regulations are different so there is a chance that you may get charged duties or custom fees. TC Nutrition is not responsible for any duties or custom fees imposed by the recipient's country.

Return Questions

Any returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. All products must be untampered with and in the original packaging. If interested in a return, please contact a support specialist at service@tc-nutrition.com, and we will happily assist you!

As per standard company policy, apparel purchased directly from TC Nutrition may be exchanged or returned if made within 14 days of delivery date. Please reach out to us at service@tc-nutrition.com, and we will gladly assist you!
