Do you ship to Canada and USA?

Yes, we do!

If you're in Canada, but sure to order from our Canadian site and vice versa. There will be a flag next to the TC Nutrition logo at the top of our site to indicate which country website you're on.

Where is my order?

All orders will receive a tracking number when they are shipped. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If you order was notified and shipped and there is no tracking, please reach us at or message our live chat and we'll fix this for you!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typical ship within 1-2 business days depending the time they are purchased, minus holidays and weekends.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes! You can break up your order into 4, interest-free payments. Just choose Sezzle at checkout as your payment option.

Whats your refund policy for returns?

- TC Nutrition is not responsible for shipping and handling returned items.

- We cannot accept returns based on taste, mix-ability, consistency, or appearance because most products (protein, extracts, amino acids, etc.) are of natural sources or synthetically derived and these characteristics may change slightly, from time to time. However, the consistency of every product will always remain within an acceptable range established by our quality control department.

- Any issues you have with an order or product may be emailed to us, via a form on our website, or live chat.

- If there was a promotional item included in your order, including buy one, get one free promotion, we will not credit any free item.

- If we decide to grant credit, the amount of the credit will not exceed the total amount of the order.

- You must contact TC Nutrition must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there was a missing item.

- Returned items cannot be marked, damaged, opened, and must be in reasonable condition, unless stated by us otherwise.

- Full refunds will be granted ONLY if the above conditions have been met, minus the cost of the initial shipping fee.

- Promotions will change on a regular basis, we will not accept returns or grant refunds for the difference in price if you missed a particular promotion.

- Gift cards and e-gift cards are not eligible for partial or full refunds.
